Short Story
The high-speed train powered its way through the underground tunnel which lay beneath the the three -mile -wide Capoa river. On board, were mostly tourist who were traveling to see Mount Zaveda, thousands of miles from the main town. But there was a special passenger, just 20, who was eager to see her dad for the first time. Her mother, now 50 was also anxious for her daughter meet her dad.
The ride felt comfortable to her. She was able to lay her head on one of the sleeper service provided. But, she couldn't quite close her eyes for any length of time. Her mind rivaled the speed of the train as they both rushed to their destination. The 6 o'clock sun was sleepy, as it quickly bowed its head to the twilight which was quickly descending. The tall trees, which were sparsely placed along the way, hardly said,"hello." The train scaled a hill with dexterity. A thunder cracked the sky just after its companion electrified the stratosphere with sizzling fireworks.
Street lamps suddenly appeared in the distance. They frowned upon those who dared to stare them in the eye. A smile however, lit up their faces when you got closer. Small cottages dotted the landscape. The girl sensed she was nearing the end of her journey. The rocket suddenly came to a halt. She peered outside and saw the name, Bogiva. It was her destination. She quickly disembarked and made her way to the boat landing. Small boats ferried passengers to the other side. In 15 minutes, she was on the other side of the river bank.
She called her dad to let him know she had arrived. There was no answer. Dread hit her like a bully. The cool temperature could not stop her cold sweats. She was a stranger in a town. Her mind swirled, her tears poured. She looked around for help. There was none.
Suddenly, her phone rang. It was her dad. Her heart gushed with joy.
"Oh my gosh, dad, I thought I would never see you", she was over the moon.
"I'm sorry my dear, I lost contact with you for a while as there is a space station, on the way that affects communication."
"Please dad, get here soon", she begged.
"Sure my dear daughter", he responded.
A tall stately figure emerged from a taxi. His receding hairline was saved by his thick sideburns with a tinge of grey. The girl checked her phone. The picture she saw matched her dad. She cried. They hugged. Father and daughter joined the awaiting taxi and sped to his home. They had dinner. She was shown her room. Joy overcame so much that the girl hardly slept. At breakfast her dad explained to her that he met her mom when she served as a volunteer health care worker, after Bogiva experienced a serious earthquake
"That's so nice, dad", she blushed.
"Did you ever think of marrying her, dad?" she inquired.
"I asked her but she said she wasn't quite ready", he replied.
"Anyway, dad, you two brought me into this world, and I'm thankful", she quipped.
After breakfast, her dad went outside to check his mail. The mailman would toot his horn to announce his presence. Bank statements, investment reports, credit card offers, and so forth. He carefully checked each and discarded the junk mail. "Oh another mail from the DNA office?" He smiled as he had gotten several reports from time to time linking him to some unknown person after he submitted his sample for testing. He knitted his brow, threw the mail on the floor and cried uncontrollably.
" Dad, the girl screamed, what happened?" She read the letter and fainted.
"We're sorry to inform you that there was a mixup in our testing."
"Mr. Joe Pelozo, your date of birth of 1948, got mixed up with Mr. Mo Delazo whose date of birth is 1958. And he is now deceased.

Cambodia is a country in Mainland Southeast Asia, with an area of 69,898 square miles. It is bordered by Thailand to the northwest, Laos to the north, Vietnam to the east, and the Gulf of Thailand to the southwest.
Phnom Penh, it's capital, is the largest city in Cambodia accommodating over 2.3 million people out of a total population of over 17 million. This ranks the Asian country as 73 in the list of countries by population.
Cambodia has a dominant Khmer ethnic population in relation to the other groups. The Khmer are 95.6% of the population. The Cham account for 2.4% followed by 1.5% Chinese, 0.2% Vietnamese, and 0.3% others. The dominant religion is Buddhism, accounting for 97.1% of followers. the others are: 2.5% Islam, 0.3% Christianity and 0.5% others.
Like many nations, Cambodia has had its experience of evolving styles of government. In 802 AD, Jayavarman, declared himself king, uniting the warring Khmer princes of Chenia under the name Kambuja. This marked the beginning of the Khmer Empire. After a period of Japanese occupation during the second World War, Cambodia gained independence in 1953. A period of history which the country would wish to forget was the rule by the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 to 1979. During this time Pol Pot and his followers, were accused of genocide. That has since changed with Cambodia now having a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarch. This comprises, a monarch, prime minister, president of the senate, and president of the national assembly. The upper house is the senate while the lower house is the national assembly.
On the international scene Cambodia exported knit or crochet clothing accessories to the US$ totalling 6.4 billion which accounted for 30.9% of total export. They also exported electrical machinery, leather/animal gut materials, footwear, vehicles, furniture, bedding, and other products. Cambodia GDP stands at 28.4 billion USD.

Sex After 60

Sex after 60? That a big yes. Many mature couple have better love lives than they did in their more youthful days. There are lots of reasons for this. They have deeper intimacy with partners, fewer distractions, no pregnancy concerns, and just plain more time to get busy. Plus they have much more know-how and done-that than those young things on TV.

Be prepared for hormonal changes. Around mid-life - age 45 or so, new issues can temporarily dampen your love life. Sex hormones take a dip. For women, menopause brings a plunge in estrogen and androgens. Your vaginal wall gets thinner and drier. Men see a nose dive in testosterone and estrogen about the same time. This can make it difficult to get an erection. Changes in the brain and blood flow switch things up, too.

The main sexual problems for women tend to be trouble getting an orgasm, lack of desire, and vaginal dryness. Your vagina shortens and narrows with age. It doesn't moisten itself as easily as before. This can cause pain when you have sex. Lubed condoms, water-based lubricating jelly, and vaginal moisturizers might do the trick. Your doctor might also prescribe, vaginal estrogen which comes as a cream, a pill or tablet, or insert.

The main age related sexual problem for men is erectile dysfunction, or ED. Erections don't come and stay like they used to. Your penis might not get as hard or as big before. One of four ED drugs might be the answer. But they can have side effects. They can also clash with drugs that contain nitrates. Be wary of herbs and supplements that promise a fast fix. Always talk to your doctor before you try them.

Diabetes can cause ED for men, especially those with type 2. Poor blood sugar control can, overtime, damage nerves and blood vessels that supply sex organs. Meds, a penis pump, or even a penile implant can help. Women with this condition can also have less feelings in their genitals. It also causes more vaginal yeast infection, which can irritate this area and make it difficult or unpleasant to have sex. But they are easily treated.

A heart attack during sex might make it good for TV, but it doesn't often happen in real life. Heart disease does make your arteries narrow and harden, so your blood doesn't flow as easily. You might find it hard to get aroused or have orgasms. But once it's treated your doctor will give you the green light. Be sure to tell your doctor about any chest pain, problems breathing, or symptoms that get worse.

Other medical conditions that affect your sex life include, weight gain, arthritis, chronic pain, bladder control problems, dementia, high blood pressure or cholesterol, side effects from meds, depression, and stroke. Also surgery-especially in sexual areas- can affect your self image and how you feel. Talk with each other about ways you can stay close.

Get creative. Common sense and a creative spirit can spark new ways to enjoy sex. If a flat surface doesn't work for your knees, a new position or special furniture can offer another angle. If you have problems getting aroused, a vibrator can help get blood flowing. It's natural to worry about "getting back in the swing of things", if you've been inactive for a while. But just having sex can relax you and let desires take the lead.
