A few weeks ago we featured Cala Sanders as our person of the week. In that story we said Cala is an illustrator. This week we present some of her work.

The pics not only show case Cala's talent but her skill to capture and portray the essence of each character. By just looking at her work I came up with a thousand stories to go with the intensity shown in the Egyptian goddess's eyes. Seeing her with just one earring tells me she has lost a lot and a heart hanging at the end of the string tells me that her biggest lost was to love but determination is the look worn on her face so I know she is not falling prey again. Her still wearing that one earring is showing that she will hold on to what she has left, HURT, DISAPPOINTMENT, EXPERIENCE and LIFE. For every day added to our lives is a shot redemption and Greatness.
