One report  last year stated that more than 67 million US households bought at least  one plant because it benefitted pollination or birds.
A pollinator is anything that helps transport pollen from one flower to another. This can include many types of insects: butterflies, moth, beetles, bees, flies, and wasps. Small animals such as birds, bats , and rodents can also contribute.

Yep, especially if you're cramped for space in your yard. A good trick would be to use edible containers. In that way you save money, eat healthier, consume local foods, and shrink your carbon footprint.

​5. Gardening For Wellness

These are gardens that provide respite and bolster our internal healing mechanisms. Healing does not only take place in the walls of hospitals and clinics, but a garden outside of our home can add to the healing process. Plants like roses, restore hydrangeas. Many medical facilities are growing and tending these plants because of their therapeutic value.
