TEN SYMPTOMS OF THYROID DISEASE
Twenty million Americans are affected by thyroid disease and 60% are unaware that they have. That's according to the American Thyroid Association. Worldwide there are more than 200 million people with some form of thyroid disease.

According to the article published October last year, thyroid can sometimes be tricky to diagnose sine the symptoms cam mimic those of other health disorders. Some of the most common red flags are as follows:
1.Swelling in the neck. 
Neck inflammation is perhaps the most obvious symptom of thedisease'
2.Hair loss
Suffers who have both the hyper- and hypothyroidism will exhibit this condition.
3. Constipation.
Constipation accompanies hypothyroidism that can be mistaken for improper diet resulting in this symptom.
4. Swollen or puffy face.

It may be more difficult to shed pounds if your thyroid isn't functioning properly
9.Sweating at random times

10.Change in sleep patterns
You suddenly can't sleep well even though you've been a deep sleeper in the past.
An overactive thyroid pumps out T3 and T4 hormones in exces, which can overstimulate the central nervous system, leading to insomnia.
