IS ANY KIND OF FAT GOOD FOR YOU?
Over  the years, and in an effort to stay or become healthy, many of us have tried a variety of foods. Like in every aspect of our lives these days, social media have been the strong influence that have determined the many decisions we make, including what we eat. There is absolutely no doubt that some of the advice given have proven to be extremely helpful while others have come from some dubious sources. In all of the debate  as to what is best for our health food-wise, we would like to share with you an extract from an article on some food choices regarding fat and its benefits to our health
.
This is a look at some of the so-called fats that are supposed to have a positive effect on our health.
*FISH
Naturally fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines, and albacore tuna are  good sources of omega 3 fatty acids. 
*AVOCADO
This fruit can be eaten on sandwiches or with other foods. Apart from being good for our  hearts, an avocado may also help with osteoarthritis symptoms and helps our body better absorb their nutrients  
*SEEDS
Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds have good fats that can help lower cholesterol.
*BEANS
Adding kidney beans Great  Northern, navy or soybeans to your diet can be good for you mentally and physically.
*NUTS
All nuts are good for your heart, especially, pecan, hazelnuts and walnuts
* OLIVE OIL
Whether cooking or dressing a salad, olive oil is ideal since it is high in good fat.
