For those of us who are taken down with severe coughs, sneezing and restless nights, a home remedy known as "ginger wraps" might just do the trick in relieving our dis-ease. Ginger wraps can be made from common products we have in our home
*One tablespoon of ginger powder
*Raw honey
*Olive oil
*Flour
*Napkins
*Adhesive tapes
*Gauze.
Preparation: First, mix the honey and flour and then put a bit of olive oil then add ginger. Mix once again. Next transfer the mixture onto a clean napkin and then wrap gauze around it. Fix unto your chest or back with the help of an adhesive tape
Children should wear the wrap for three hours before going to bed. Adults can wear the wraps overnight. After applying the wraps it should stop or considerably ease coughing.
