Formally known as Swaziland, Eswatini is a landlocked country in South Africa. It's neighbor to the northeast is Mozambique. It is then locked in by South Africa to the north, west, south, and southwest.
The kingdom takes up an area of 17, 364 sq km.(6,704 sq mi) with an estimated population of 1,160.00 occupants. Of these, 84% are ethnic Swazis, 10% Zulu and 6% other ethnic groups. The official language being the dominant Swazi and also English.
The dominant religion is Christianity, where more than 89% are reported to be adherents..5% are from traditional faiths and over 7% have no religious attachment.
Eswatini, has a unitary absolute monarchy, with a prime minister and Chief Justice completing the legislative body.
The reigning king is Mswati III.
