Syria is a country in Southwestern Asia with a long Mediterranean coastline and the Levant. The Mediterranean Sea is to the west, Turkey to the north, Iraq to the east and southeast, Jordan to the south, and Israel and Lebanon to the southwest. It is a republic that consists of 14 governorates, as subdivision.
Damascus is the capital city and the largest in Syria. With a population of 24.8 million , this country is ranked the 57th most populous nation and ranked the 8th most populous in the Arab world. Syria is spread across an area of 71,500 square miles making it the 87th largest country in the world.
Syria has had its share of occupation and change and was historically referred to as a wider region--the Levant, known in Arabic as al--Sham. Today, sites of ancient kingdoms and empires including the Elban civilization of the third millennium BC. In the Islamic era, Damascus was the seat of the Umayyad Caliphate and a provincial capital of the Mamluk Sultanate of Egypt.
After centuries of Ottoman rule, the modern state of Syria was established by the mid 20th century, as a French Mandate. This led to her gaining independence as a parliamentary republic in 1945, when the new Republic became a founding member of the United Nations, an act which formally ended the French mandate.
Post independence was tumultuous, with multiple coup attempts, between 1949 and 1971. A brief union was formed with Egypt ending the 1961 Coup d'etat. However, a 1963 coup d'état by the Ba'ath party was successful resulting in the establishment of a one party state from 1963 to 2011. Syria is currently ruled by Bashar al -Assad who succeeded his father, Hafez al-Assad. This country is home to diverse cultures including, Arabs, Assyrians, Armenians, Circassians, Greeks, Turmens, Kurds, Albanians , and Chechens. Ninety percent of these are Arabs, with Kurds making up the other major group. Its official language is Arabic.
The economic state of Syria is volatile where this country relies inherently on unreliable revenue sources such as, income taxes which are heavily bolstered by lines of credit from Iran. Its current GDP stands at 8.7 billion USD.

Tips For Better Sex

Sex isn't just fun. It's good for you,too. Every orgasm releases the hormone, oxytocin which improves your mood. Regular rolls in the hay could improve your heart health, reduce stress and depression, improve your self esteem, and help you sleep better. Snuggling together under the sheets also makes you feel closer to your partner and enhances your sense of intimacy,

Couples who talk to each other about their wants and desires have better sex and a healthier relationship, research finds. Tell your partner what you like and what you don't like. Share your most intimate fantasies and desires. If you're too bashful to say those private thoughts out loud, write them down on a story or journal entry for your partner to read.

Spice up your sex life by stretching your boundaries as a couple. Play around with foreplay. Touch each other in new ways. Try out different sex positions to see which one feels best. Dress up in costume and play as characters(nurse, doctor, cowboys). Move the bed to the floor, the bathroom, or the kitchen counter. Watch a dirty movie together. Bring sex toys like vibratoe, anal beads, or feathers into the mix.

Working out boosts stamina in bed, and puts you in the mood. Exercise also creates a more toned body, which improves self esteem and makes you feel sexier. It's not clear how much exercise you need to improve sex life. Start with standard recommendations--150 minutes of aerobic activity and two days of strength training a week.

T do these simple exercises , just tighten and relax the muscles that you use to hold in pee. And they're not just for women. Men who practice Kegels, exercise have better erections and more intense orgasms.

A sex therapist is someone to see if something is bothering you in the bedroom. Therapist are licenced psychologists or social worker who can address problems such as lack of desire, trouble getting an erection, or problems reaching an orgasm. You can meet with the therapist alone or with your partner.

An old woman, tired of kids knocking at her door during the Halloween season for "trick or treat, designed a plan to stop them.
She had dealt with about a thousand kids for that night. She needed to take her rest. When the doorbell rang again she refused to answer hoping this would deter them. It didn't. So she placed a mannequin in the living room. Her daughter who was a school teacher has used this as a prop in a school skit. The doorbell was screaming this time. She opened it and welcomed two kids with a smile. "Trick or treat?" asked the kids. "Trick, replied the old woman.
"Oh, I mean treat corrected the woman. She directed the kids to the living room. They got their treat by darting out of the house screaming. Since that year no one knocked on the old woman's home on Halloween's night.

On September 11, 1599 , Beatrice Cenci, her stepmother Lucrezia and her brother Giacomo were executed right outside Castel Sant'Angelo, they had been found guilty of killing Francesco Cenci, Beatrice's father a noble man who was known to be a sexual predator ande murder. The family was wiped out so publicly, in spite of a few being minors, because the Pope of the time, Clement V111, was after their properties. ( Some of them still being visible to this day by Jewish Ghetto)
The outrage was unlike anything seen before or since, with most of the population siding with the victim of the abuses-Beatrice.

One of the best spooky place in Rome is the Capuchin Crypt in Sant Maria della Concezione Church on Via Veneto, which is entirely decorated with skulls and bones of over 4,000 capuchin friars buried there.
At the crypt entrance the memento " Quello che voi siete noi eravamo; quello che noi siamo voi sarete'( what you are, we were; what we are, you will be)

Rome catacombs with their long, dark meandering underground tunnels are more than a little bit scary, especially if you don't like small spaces and for children.
