In 1985 she gave us, " Give Me One Reason" Then in 1988 we got, "Fast Car", and "Baby Can I Hold You."More sweet tunes followed in 1989, then 2000, and 2015 and so on.
What is remarkable about this folk-rock singer and songwriter is that she was willing to be herself and showcase her talent in a genre that was competing with mostly electrical sounding instruments and bands. But she stood out. A box guitar, melodious chords and a contralto/folksy voice and the world had to pay attention. Her performances on stage seemed as if she was just relaxing in a park and playing her favorite songs. They flowed so effortlessly. And, Tracy has tallied five entries on the Billboard Hot 100. This singer was celebrated again on the Grammy Awards show on February 4, this year when country star Luke Combs joined her on stage to do "Fast Car",a tune that he covered recently which also flew to the top of the charts. Chad

Officially the Republic of Chad, is a landlocked country at the crossroads of North and Central Africa. On its borders are: Libya to the south, Sudan on the east, the Central African Republic to the south, Nigeria and Cameroon on the southwest and Niger (knee-zheer) to the west. Chad is often referred to as the "Dead Heart of Africa", because of its far distance from the sea and it's desert climate.
This country possesses some of the richest archeological sites in Africa. A hominid skull estimated to be 700 million years old and also believed to be the oldest in the world was found in Chad. Another find was a 3.6 million year-old hominid jaw. Chad still remains a mystery to researchers as research suggests that all of Africa's major language groups of the south Sahara Desert originated in prehistoric times in a narrow band between Lake Chad and the Nile Valley. The origin of Chad's peoples remain unclear as several of the proven archeological sites have been only partially studied and other sites of great potential have yet to be mapped.
The French invaded Chad in, 1891, as they battle a Sudanese rival. By 1905, a Governor General stationed in Brazzaville -the capital of French Equatorial Africa, took responsibility for managing Chad. That later changed in 1920 when it was governed by a lieutenant -governor stationed in Fort Lamy-now N'Djamena.
Chad has seen several changes in government over the years but today has a president, prime minister, after the Constitution of Fourth Republic in May 2018.
More than 52% of Chad residents identify as Muslims with 44% Christians, and 0.2% as others. Recent figures show that Chad's major earnings come from Crude Petroleum ($1.19B), Gold($750M) ,Oily Seeds($123M), (Insect Resin$ 19.6M), and (Sliver $903M). Major destinations are Germany($ 927M), United Arab Emirates ($761M), Chinese Taipei (S399M), France ($176M), and China ($170M).
Chad's GDP stands at 12.7B USD.

The Benefits Of Beauty Sleep

"Beauty sleep", is real. Your skin uses sleep hours to heal itself from the day's damage. When you drift off your skin gets the chance to improve. That's why you may wake up looking fresh and rosy.

More sleep, clearer skin. Lack of sleep can lead to stress, which causes pimples and blackheads, even in adults. One study expert found that college students had more breakouts when they are stressed out, such as during exam time.

Want eyes that sparkle? Don't let dark circles steal their spotlight. Dark circles often run in families, but they can look even darker if you're not getting enough shut-eye. To disguise them apply a light layer of eye cream as a primer. Then dab on and blend in a dot of concealer one to two shades lighter than your skin tone.

Pulling an all-nighter can make your skin look more pale or blotchy. Sleep encourages healthy blood flow to your skin. If you wake up with uneven skin, apply foundation. Set it with translucent powder( or green tinted powder to balance out redness).

Sure, you may feel fine running out of fumes, but your friends, family and coworkers are apt to notice. Researchers in Sweden asked a study group to look at pictures of sleep-starved people vs. ones who had eight hours. The well- rested people seemed healthier, less tired and more attractive.

You wake up with puffy eyes because fluid collects around them when your head lies flat on the bed. Solution: Prop your head above your heart at night with a couple of pillows. Still packing bags under your eyes? Apply a cold cloth in the area for a minute or two in the morning.

If you're a night owl looking for snacks, reach for a piece of fruit. Salty snacks can give you a swollen face in the morning. That's because food that are high in salt can cause you to retain fluid, resulting in puffiness.

A glass of wine might seem relaxing but you're more apt to see dried-out skin and large, visible pores in the mirror the next day. Cut back on nightly drinking and have lots of water instead. In the morning use a toner that contains zinc sulfate or aluminum, which makes pores look smaller.

Does your friend have a flawless face? They may be a back sleeper. Sleeping with your face directly on the pillow often leads to lines and creases in the skin.They can become permanent overtime. If you can't sleep belly up, try switching to satin sheets(or at least satin pillow cases). They may lessen your odds of sleep wrinkles.

A warm bath is one of the best ways to put yourself to sleep that can improve your skin too. Take a warm bath with all of the 'fixin', like bubbles, oils, and body scrubs - before bed to raise your body temperature a little. You tend to feel sleepy when your body temperature drops, like after a bath.

You'll be looked at suspiciously if you make a great love gesture to your significant other. In this country, the 14th February has very little to do with crushes, couples or people in love.
The Finnish culture, unlike Southern Europe isn't a touchy one. A kiss on the cheek - very common in many European countries, will make Finnish faces turn red, and suddenly everyone will feel uncomfortable.These actions are reserved for people with a certain degree of intimacy. St. Valentine's Day is just Friendship Day for the Finnish.

So we're just two weeks away from the big day. "Ooh wee, I'm getting nervous," say some. This is going to be their first Valentine experience since they have now grown up. That's okay, many of us have had cold feet when the day arrived and we weren't sure how to operate in the presence of our first love. You'll get over it. But there will still be some who have had a many Valentine experiences, and haven't found that special someone as yet. The good news is you're in a big company. So, get used to it. Guess what? Some people are going to be singing,"Never Had A Love Like This Before." Others would be singing, "I'm Just A Lonely Boy" Okay, so much for uncertainties. Two weeks could be enough for love to knock on your door. You can never tell.
