Indonesia
Officially the Republic of Indonesia is located in Southeast Asia and Oceania between the Indian and the Pacific oceans.
It consists of over 17000 islands, including Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, and parts of Bernero and New Guinea. This country has a population of over 273.8 million made up of over 40% Javanese, followed by Sudanese, Malay, Batak, Madurese, Betawi and others. In fact, there are about 200 ethnic groups in Indonesia.
There are over 11 million people living in Jakarta, its capital- a bustling city with heavy tourist attraction.
Even though the Dutch ruled this colony from 1861 to 1941, and later a brief Japanese occupation from 1941 to 1945, the official language is Indonesian.
Ranked the fourth largest populated country in the world, with a GDP of 1.186 trillion USD.
Indonesia has a special distinction of having the largest Islamic worshippers more than any other country- 87.2% of the population. There are about 2.9% of Roman Catholics, 1.7% Hindus and 8.2% of others.

Experts disagree on whether improper bra fit can cause neck or back pain.
Some studies say it's related, but others show people with large breasts are more likely to wear a bra that does not fit well. this may lead to posture problems and pain.
If your breasts spill out over the top of your cups, are squished into your armpits, or are poked with wire, they'll hurt in a hurry.
One of the biggest reasons that nipples hurt. Friction. A bra that's too tight or too loose, and that rubs you the wrong way can make for chafed, irritated nipples.
Breasts that aren't well supported can sag and cause stretch marks on your skin that lasts a lifetime. Youi can also get grooves in your shoulders from the straps digging into the skin overtime.
If you have hea pains you can't explain, you may have your bra to blame. The tension you can get from a badly fitting bra van cause headache.

The Best Fit
The key places to focus to ensure a good fit: the cups, front band, and straps. be sure your band is tight enough that it stays in place without slipping but loose enough to slide a finger between it and your skin easily. Choose straps wide enough that they don't dig into your shoulders, and cups that fully contain your breasts.

How to Find Your Fit
To get your bra size, you can either visit a store that will do measurements for you or do it yourself.
First, measure your chest just under your breast and round up to the nearest whole number. This is the number part of your size. Be sure to keep the measuring tape below your shoulder blades - this is where the back strap of your bra should be.

Find Your Cup Size
Next measure your chest at your nipples .The difference between this measurement and your chest measurement tells you your cup size. One inch is an A cup, two is B, three is C and four is

D and so on. If your breast are different sizes, you can find inserts to help even them out for a better bra fit.

Sports Bra
You need double the breast support during workouts; choose a sports bra that stays put when you jump, twist, and bend.

In this issue we would like to celebrate the like of another musical icon, Tina Turner
Born in a small town, Brownsville, Tennessee in 1939. She died on May 24, 2023.
At an early age, she developed a passion for singing. Out of her Baptist church experience, she emerged on the international stage to thrill audiences worldwide. She became the "Queen of Rock,'n' Roll, rolling out mega-hits like, "What's Love Got to Do with It?" "The Best", "We Don't Need Another Hero", "I don't want to Fight No more", "Private Dancer', and of course her cover of "Proud Mary".
Noted for her swagger, sensuality, powerful gravelly vocals and unstoppable energy, and her famous legs, audiences could not have enough of this artist.
But her time on stage has ended. The band is now silent, and the stadia are now empty.
However, her voice still thrills our hearts. We can still hear her sing. The memories of her performances on stage and her music through the radios and other media will play on

The Stylistics

This group was formed in 1968 and dished out hits, after hits, after hits throughout the 70s.
With sweet melodic harmonies and a piercing high tenor, counter tenor in falsetto from lead singer, Russell Thompkins, they thrilled audiences around the world.
The Stylistics chalked up 12 straight top 10 Billboard and R&B hits. This included 5 gold singles from 1971 through 1974. Songs such as, "Betcha! Spain.

Spain occupies most of the Iberian Peninsula, stretching south from the Pyrenees Mountain to the Strait of Gibraltar, which separates Spain from Africa. Spain's Capital is Madrid.
To the east lies the Mediterranean Sea, including Spain's Baltic Islands. Spain also rules two cities in North Africa and the Canary Islands in the Atlantic
With a population of just over 47 million, Spain has a diverse culture. There is no official religion. The Spanish Constitution of 1878 abolished the Roman Catholic Church as the official state religion. The state, however, does recognize the role religion plated in it's history.
A recent census found that 68.5% of the population identify as Catholics, 24.6% as non-believers, or atheist and 2.6% other religions (Islam, Buddhist, Protestant Christians, etc.)
Spanish is the main language spoken.
Span is the 14th largest economy in the world, and the 4th ranked in Europe.
