Kazakhstan
The country is located mostly in Central Asia with a small part in Eastern Europe. Russia is to the north and west, China to the east , Kyrgyzstan to the southeast, 
Uzbekistan to the south, and Turkmenistan to the southwest in this landlocked country. It's coastline runs along the Caspian Sea.
Kazakhstan is the ninth largest country in the world with an area of,1,052,100 square miles. It's population of over 19,000,000 inhabitants is comprised of Kazakhs making up the majority of the country and some ethnic Russians forming a significant minority. Astana also known as Nur-Sultan is the capital city and is located on a flat and seemingly empty place; there are scarcely any trees or many distinguishing landmarks.
A former state of the now defunct Soviet Union, Kazakhstan, declared it's sovereign territory within the Union on December 16, 1991. Ten days later, The Soviet Union ceased to exist.
The main exports of Kazakhstan are oil, petroleum products, coal, iron ore, and uranium among others. It's GDP stands at 197.7 billion USD.

Plus studies show that adults who have a healthy breakfast, do better at work, and kids who eat morning meal score higher on tests.If a big plateful  first thing isn't for you, keep it light with some fruits. Just don't skip it.

2.Plan your meals.
It helps you save save time and money in the long run. Block out some time, then sit down and consider your goals and needs. Do you want to lose weight? Cut back on sugar, fat, or cards? Add protein or vitamins?
Meal prep keeps you in control. You know what you're eating and when. 
A bonus: It'll be that much easier to skip those doughnuts in the breakroom at work.

​Philadelphia Music -TSOP -Philly Music, must have known that they struck diamond when they produced Billy Paul for some of their songs. This production machine piloted by Kenneth Gamble and Leon Huff (Gamble & Huff) was a phenomenon in the music industry in the 70s and 80s. They churned a string of hits for groups like The Jays, The Stylistics, The Intruders and many solo artists.
But when Paul did "Me and Mrs. Jones', it sent ripples across the musical ocean. If you are a lover of jazz, slow jam, classical, blues, and others, this song tugs at your heart. The musical arrangement for this song is unlike no other in the pop genre. For the uninitiated, this arrangement sounds like a swirling sound in their heads. It is in fact a combination of violins, horns and craftily played acoustics. It is a complex structure of notes, some played for a brief period while others lingered a little longer. What a splendid job. 
Now comes the vocals of Billy Paul. A smooth start (Me and Mrs. Jones) a continuous cooing and wooing. A  smart build up to the chorus. Here Billy belts it, blares it in such a manner that you are awaken to his announcement(MEE AAAAN MRS. MRS. JONES, Mrs. Jones. Mrs. Jones) Billy repeats this tone every time he wants us to hear about his affair with Mrs. Jones.  Coming to the last verse of the song Billy Paul expresses his stronger feeling for the affair, telling us in sharp tones how he feels. He skillfully changes his pace of delivery.  Over four millions copies of this song sold during it's period . Here is the song.
