Bahrain
The Kingdom of Bahrain (Bahrain) is an island country is West Asia, situated on the Persian Gulf. It is a small archipelago comprising 50 natural islands and 33 artificial additional islands. This nation is situated between Qatar and the northeastern coast of Saudi Arabia.
With a population of 1,870,817 , Bahraini nationals make up about 713,000 of the total. Bahrain spans some 290 square miles, making it the third smallest nation in Asia.
Following a period of Arad rule, Bahrain was controlled by the Portuguese Empire from 1521 to 1602. They were expelled by Shah Abbas 1 of the Safavid dynasty. In the 1800s Bahrain became a protectorate of the United Kingdom. In 1971 it declared independence and became an Islamic constitutional monarchy in 2002. It's capital is known as Manama or (Al- Manamah)
Bahrain is considered the fastest growing economy in the Arab world. And is arguably the freest economy in the Middle East. it's current GDP is approximately 39 billion USD

Autumn Gardening

It is important to know where, what, and plant during autumn. And the best time to plant is late September, early October but that depends on where you live.
There are a number of plants that can be planted in the fall season. these include; chrysanthemums, pansy, stonecrop, and aster. While these flowers can beautify your garden space there is a lot of work involved in their maintenance.
First of all there would be lots of raking, cleaning, and prepping of the soil. In fall you remove spent crops, loosen soil and mix in a 3" to 4" deep layer of compost . Then cover the bare soil with shredded leaves or straw. It is important to note that there are three types of soil; sand silt, and clay. You may want to add a high phosphate fertilizer with low nitrogen content to get the maximum result for you gardening.

Muscle Twitches and Spasm

You tell your muscles what to do without thinking about it But sometimes they might do their own thing - they might pulse or contract and can't relax. Twitches and spasms are most common in the thighs, calves, hands, arms, belly, ribcage, and the aches of your foot. They can involve part of a muscle, all of it, or a group of muscles. Doctors aren't always sure why they happen, but a few common triggers can set them off.

Eyelid Twitches
Eyelid feels like it giving you Morse code? That's called myokymia. These random twitches, which can feel faint or really bug you, happen on the upper or lower li. Triggers range from stress and smoking to wind, bright light, too much caffeine and lack of sleep. Though annoying, the triggers are harmless and usually go away quickly, but can come back the next few days.
Twitches that more than a few days could be a sign of an eye issue, like dry eyes or glaucoma. They could also happen if you have a problem that affects your face muscles. In rare cases, eye twitches can be a sign of brain or nerve disorders like Bell's palsy, multiple sclerosis, and Tourette's syndrome.

Low in Electrolytes
Your muscles depend on minerals , like potassium and magnesium, to work properly. If you're running low on the, your body sends you a message with cramps and spasms. exercise or heavy sweating can deplete you, but some medications can, too. You might also lose too many electrolytes after about of diarrhea or vomiting.
Not Enough Water
If you don't get enough to drink, your muscles will be more likely to twitch and spasm. It's not just the water - when you sweat a lot or lose body fluids when you're sick, you also lose electrolytes, another common reason for twitching muscles.

Stress
You can sometimes blame stress for headaches or insomnia, but it can also cause tension and pain in your muscles. Try a relaxation technique, like massage or medication, to work them off.

Too Much Caffeine
Caffeine can get you going in the morning and pull you out of the afternoon slump. But too much can trigger muscle twitches in various parts of your body. Other stimulant drugs, like amphetamines have the same effect.

Lack of Sleep
If you're tired or run-down, twitches and spasms can be one way your body lets you know. your muscles might also feel achy or sore or just generally weak.

You're Out of Shape
If you notice spasms after a workout or walk, you may need to spend more time building your muscles.
When you don't work them enough, they will more likely get tired - and cramp up. Add strength training to your routine at least twice a week.

Other factors that can cause twitching are, medications, kidney disease, Lou Gehrig's Disease, pinched spinal nerve, and neuropathy.
Check wit your doctor if the twitching is prolonged.

That's our heartbeat. That's the rhythm of our life. So, what are we doing with the balance of the time that is available to us. Just remember, it varies. One child, just a few months or years. One woman, or man, it can be anytime. But time spent here is not the only factor worth noting. What about the quality of life we choose to have?
Remember not to be fooled that others are escaping the challenges we are conscious of. Everyone, everyone, faces challenges. It can be tough. But, it can also have beautiful rewards. Why side are we focusing on?
It's up to us.

All About the Music

How do you spin your way into the hearts of music fans and have them trapped in your musical web forever? Then you continue to entrap new curious ones, and they are loving it too. Your answer- ask The Spinners.
This American R&B vocal group started spinning their silk in Ferndale, Michigan in 1954. They were not a huge success then but continued building the web. A few low charters was their trademark. But, this doesn't take away from the richly talented vocalizing that stood out in every recording.
Then the magic happened in 1972 when the group signed with Atlantic Records with writer Thom Bell in charge.
The web spun faster and The Spinners charted five top 100 singles and two top tens. They became one of the biggest soul groups in the 1970s. "I'll Be Around', "How Could I Let You Get Away", Could It Be I'm Falling In Love", "One Of A Kind Love Affair", "Mighty Love", and many more just kept making their presence felt on the charts. The rich musical accompaniment, strings and all blended with the smooth harmonizing made The Spinners stood out as a class act. Lead vocals by Bobby Smith and Phillip Wayne strike the listener to the core. Wayne's ad lib puts the spice to the cuisine.
