As we say goodbye to April and welcome the new month -May- there are many expectations: goals to be achieved and other dreams to be fulfilled. Undoubtedly, most of us are looking forward to seeing the blooming of new flowers and the feathering of new leaves. This obviously would give us a sense of renewed hope as we move forward. Here's trusting that we can put behind us the things that aren't worth focusing on and see the light that would guide us to new realms.
A few lines from a "Three Dog Night", hit "Pieces of April" should help set us on that path.
"April gave Springtime and the promise of the flowers
And the feeling that we both shared
And the love that we called ours
We knew no time for sadness
That's a road we each had crossed
We were living a time meant for us.
An even when it would rain we would laugh it off
I've got pieces of April
I keep it a memory bouquet
I've pieces of April
It"s a morning in May
Have a great week
