Short Story
The room was mostly dark. A shady light from the house next door, seeped through the venetian blinds of their bedroom. It was the first night they would spending at their home after returning from their one-week honeymoon. The passion hadn't subsided. No, not yet. They were no kids, no cats, no dogs, no mama, no papa, just the two in their early twenties.
All masks were removed. The couple felt completely relaxed to move around the bedroom or even other parts of the house completely nude. The newlywed felt as if they had reached the acme of love. For him Aphrodite had descended on him. Though relatively young he had developed some skills at pleasing his partner. He formed the tip of his tongue like an arrow and caressed those parts of her that desired such touches. When it became necessary for him to change into other formations he skilfully delivered. She moaned and groaned in ecstasy. She reached the zenith of the mountain and collapsed in satisfaction. He watched her with great admiration and lay beside her.
After she had awoken he stared at her beautiful structure and was aroused again. Like a master craftsman he went to work again and meandered through the gulf, as storms after storms rose violently through the river banks. The kayak seemed unable to navigate the weather so, he took further control and brought it to that place where it was safe, but completely satisfied with the journey.
It was now 7am, sunlight had awoken. He got up and carefully allowed for the light to sprinkle the room. She opened her eyes, stretched her arms with all her might. Her toes stuck out, she looked at him and smiled. He returned her smile. She yawned and smiled again and said,"Honey I love you." © Wallace Paul June 2024.
