Yes, Summer is officially here. Whoa, great excitement, especially outdoors, boating and swimming and barbequing and cycling and  loving, oops, I mean being kinder to each other
. One of the easiest ways of not showing kindness is taking responsibility for our behavior that may  turn out in a negative way. Let's remember if we kindle a little more love in or hearts, it will radiate and may help to light up the candle of people we meet - that's Summer there too. Lets' start from the inside. Don't forget everyone's facing some challenge , even though they may not always express it.  More inner light, more Summer! Cheers!

Stevie Wonder

To write an article that would do justice to the music accomplishments to this artist is an extremely challenging one. That being said, I will still attempt to do a synopsis of Stevie Wonder's journey as a musician.
Stevie Wonder is undoubtedly one of the most talented musician on the musical arena over the past 40 years. With 63 top 100 entries and 10 number one hits, plus 20 R&B toppers,  Stevie belongs to an exclusive club of double digits number one chart toppers.
To place Wonder's music  in a particular category, is difficult. His songs have spawned many genres. His 1976 release of "Songs in the Key of Life," has been described by music journalists as the culmination of Stevie's "classical period" of recordings. Then there is "Master Blaster", a reggae piece paying tribute to Bob Marley and the liberation of Africa. A team up with reggae group "Third World" , "Try Jah Love" adds to his repertoire in this genre.
Phew, it's that too much? I've just got started. Anyway, I'll just add that at the age of 38, Stevie Wonder became the youngest living person to be inducted into the  Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
So, I'll stop here and look at the lyrics of one of his great songs - a tough job again.

"As" by Stevie Wonder

As around the sun the earth knows she's revolving
And the rosebuds know to bloom in early May
Just as hate knows love's the cure
You can rest your mind assure
That I'll be loving you always

As now can't reveal the mystery of tomorrow
But in passing will grow older every day
Just as all is born is new
Do know what I say is true
That I'll be loving you always

Until the rainbow burns the stars out of the skies
Until the ocean covers every mountain high
Until the dolphin flies and parrots live at sea
Until we dream of life and life becomes a dream

Did you know that true love asks for nothing?
Her acceptance is the way we pay
Did you know that life has given love a guarantee?
To last through forever and another day

Just as time knew  how to move on since the beginning
And the seasons know exactly when to change
Just as kindness knows no shame
Know through all your joy and pain
That I'll be loving you always

As today I know I'm living but tomorrow
Could make me the past but I mustn't fear
For I know deep in my mind
The love of me I've left behind
Cause I'll be loving you always....

I'll stop here for now as this song is pretty long and deep.
What adds greatness to this song is the way it was delivered by Stevie. He occasionally slips into a baritone and staccato adding move energy and conviction to the lyrics. Listen for yourselves.

Covid-19 and Erectile Dysfunction

The presence of covid-19 has wreak havoc in the lives of many individuals and families. Scientist are still trying to determine it's long term effects on persons who were diagnosed with the virus. Some schools of thought suggest irreparable organ failure especially if the infected weren't treated by a traditional medical specialist. These are still early days but, the research continues.

Immunologist, virologist, and epidemiologist are collaborating their expertise to answer some questions about covid-19's effect on some important organs like the penis and it's function in sex. They're looking into the link between the virus and erectile dysfunction -ED.  Researchers think three things may trigger ED in Covid-19 survivors.

*Cardiovascular Problems.
ED can be an early sign of hearty disease. Research also shows Covid-19 can affect heart health. That's because it can lead to inflammation in various parts of your body. This includes your heart and the blood vessels and veins nearby.
Covid-19 has also been linked endothelial dysfunction. That's when the inner lining or wall of blood vessels stays stiff instead of expanding and contracting to allow blood flow. This can affect how blood is pumped and carried through your body, including tissue in the penis. Disrupted blood supply to your penis can make it difficult to get an erection.

*Mental Health Issues

Covid-19 related stress, anxiety, and depression can also impact sexual health and possibility lead to ED.

*Poor Overall Health
Expert say ED is usually a symptom of another medical condition. If your health isn't great to begin with, you're more likely to have severe or unwanted symptoms from Covid-19, such as ED.

*The Evidence Behind It
One study found that people infected with the virus were than 5 times likely to develop ED.
It's still too early to know for sure what the long-term effects of the virus are on sexual and reproductive health.
